👤 ¿Por qué debes confirmar los datos?
En un call center, una letra, un número o una dirección incorrecta puede provocar problemas con pedidos, pagos, cuentas y servicios. Por eso, debes pedir la información con cortesía y repetirla para confirmar que la has entendido correctamente.
